Start menu looks sticky #35

Describe the bug When clicking the windows key on the site it opens fine but you have to click it like a few times for it to close and it looks weird like it gets stuck sometimes

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Click on the start menu
Try to close the start menu
See error

Expected behavior It close the start menu normally Screenshots If applicable, add screenshots to help explain your problem.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: Chrome Os
Browser Chrome
Version 93.0.4577.107 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional context Its a small bug but I thought I would still mention.

I got those two bugs. I will fix them soon.

1. Start Button not closing the start menu

Currently the start button only opens the start menu. For now, to close it you click outside the start menu.

2. Weird stuck

I guess that weird stuck is due to onboarding tutorial. For now, just run this on your browser console

scrollTo(0,0)
```
