Customize notification emails #104

It would be great, in the admin interface, to be able to customize the 
notification emails sent to 
customers.  For extra credit, adding a few tokens to be able to insert order 
specific info - total 
price, list of items ordered, order number, status info link, etc. - would be 
slick.

Lucie's work definitely made message emails more customizable, but afaik, it 
isn't a
TTW kinda thing, still a developer task. Progress...

Sounds like release 3 work, as we are still at the stage where so many systems
customized. would like to see the underlying system much more complete before 
adding
more feature goodies. marking for m3

I think that if people want to see the shipping/billing address in the email
notification, they can customize the email. But it be nice maybe to have an 
option in
the portal_setup to set if we want to see the shipping/billing addresses in the 
email
or not...
