Enancement - Add ability to map different workflow to each buyable/donatable type or even per-instance #115

Would be nice to allow something similar to placeful workflow for buyable
items (the hurry workflow, not the DCWorkflow.)

Would be great to have, within the 'payable' tab of a content item, some
workflow selection widget that allows one to be assigned on a per
buyable/donatable content item basis.

If we cant do that, then we should try for something within the GetPaid
configlet that allows the admin to configure the workflow (assign one) to a
particular entire content type.

We should eliminate as much .zcml configuring as possible.
