Hide shipping features in interface #134

For M1, we need to hide the not supported (and not properly functioning)
shipping features in the UI. 

Please comment out the "shippable" content type assigning on the content
type admin screen and the shipping settings link (from the main setup screen).

ok, did this for the admin screens so you can't assign content to be shippable
(browser/admin.py) and can't set shipping options on admin screen 
(settings.zcml). 

i am not touching the workflow info re fulfillment (for fear of really breaking
something). fulfillment shows on the order search screen, on admin of an order, 
and
probably other places.
