Cart should persist after registration and login #174

Checked out buildout from trunk, rev 1225 to try out GetPaid. 

Made an image payable, added it to chart, and then proceeded to checkout.

Registered a user. Logged in.

Cart no longer contains my image, but is empty. The cart needs to be
persistent after login, please.

ah ha...nice observation. The cart is persistent for the user if you log out 
and then
log back in. But it probably doesn't have any machinery at this point to pass 
from
anonymous to registered user.
