Need to document dependency on zc.ssl and zc.table in README.TXT #190

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Try to install on Plone 2.5 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

PloneGetPaid-bundle-RC1.tgz

Was it when you installed without using the buildout?

With a fresh checkout and buildout on 3.0, the instance cannot startup without 
either installing zc.ssl or 
commenting out paymentech in the master configure.zcml.  This is a bummer.  
Traceback at http://paste.plone.org/20905.  

I'm not sure how this code is even being called when paymentech is not enabled 
by default...
