Paypal only works with one item in cart #220

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. integrate paypal 
2. make things buyable and add to cart
3. checkout

sashav reported this problem. duffyd confirmed he had not tested for
multiple items in checkout.

I know what this may be... I have the same behaviour when I leave blank the 
code for
the product in the deliverable item form... So as there are more than one item 
with
empty ids, only one is used... I think the module is not populating this 
attribute ..
