translations heading_checkout messageid should not be used in the cart portlet #293

in some languages (eg german) "checkout" can not be used for labeling the
checkout action and as a header for the checkout form.

currently (pre 0.10.1) heading_checkout is used as a label for the
"checkout" button in the cart portlet.

we already have a label for the handle_checkout action in cart.py. so let's
use this one for the cart portlet too.

fixed this in http://code.google.com/p/getpaid/source/detail?r=3659
since we use the same id for the checkout action in the cart view as for the 
checkout
link in the cart portlet now this should not require other translators to fix
anything for their language
