Site hangs when checking out #306

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new Plone site as described in 
http://code.google.com/p/getpaid/wiki/InstallingGetPaid (use Plone 4.0.4), 
install GetPaid
2. Make an item buyable, add to basket, view basket, click to proceed checkout 

What is the expected output? 
An option to select payment method, delivery addres.

What do you see instead?
url is 'Plone/@@getpaid-checkout-wizard', page keeps loading.

In the dev buildout (based on Plone 4.0b3), it does work.

On a dev buildout with a fresh Plone 4.0.4, it also works.
