getpaid.formgen – Getpaid Adapter Payables are not updated when changing the form objects! #310

The Form fields to Payables mapping  is not dynamic!
If you change the fields after creation of the adapter, deleted objects will 
still be there. New objects are instead reflected in the list at once!

Workaround:
Make sure you make notes of the former options when recreating the 
Getpaid-Adapter.

1. The id and name: getpaid-adapter /  Getpaid Adapter

2. Get Paid Form Template: Choose Option: "Multi item cart add"

3. Use form as 'Continue Shopping' destination. : "Yes"

4. The "Get Paid Payment Button Label":  "Add to Cart"
