Option to play a timed game.

Exactly how much time to give the player needs to be determined, but would 
likely be related to the number of matching words.

First commit of this feature. Most of the code is there. todo:

- Close timer loopholes (eg delete/re-add word to get more time..)
- Tweak timing
- Better UI to select a timed game
