Drop down too wide if styled with borders.

** What steps will reproduce the problem?
Have the following style:

ddcl-[id]-ddw {
  border: 1px solid black;
  border-top: 0px;
}

** What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The drop-down is 2px too wide. I expected it to be as wide as the control box, 
so the borders would line up..

** What is your environment?
-- DropDownCheckList version: 1.1
-- jQuery version: 1.3.2
-- jQuery UI version: 1.6
-- Browser and version: Safari 5.0.1

version 1.1 is intended to work with jquery 1.4.2 and UI 1.8.4  Please check 
again with these versions of the libraries
