dyanamically assigning value to select cause problem #220

if we js on apply it on select with hardcore option it works fine
but if we dynamically fill select and then apply it cause problem checkboxlist 
is not  opening properly

Sorry, but I will need a lot more detailed information to help you.  It would 
be best if you could attach a simple example page that demonstrates the problem.
