conflict with my theme

Hi, great plugin but it creates a conflict with my theme: the product picture now are shown in differrent way, the arrows to slide pictures were outside the image (now are inside the image and they don’t work) and also small images (slider) under the big one were close to each other, now are spaced and first one sometime is cutten. I would like to restore my theme using this plugin. Someone can help me? Thanks

Hi , Thanks for using the plugin As per the theme of your website four images are being displayed in a row so in the settings page of the plugin , please set the number of slides in view to 4. In your case , 6 images are being pushed in the alloted space so the size is being reduced. Further set any value greater then 4 (say 8) in the next field "Total No of Products in the slider" So in such a case the plugin would make a circle of 8 products , out of which only 4 will be shown on screen at a time in rotation . Also please note that if you set the number of slides in view to 4 , the arrows will only appear when the customer has visited more than 4 product pages. First of all let me say a big thank you for your answer. Before to proceed I would inform you that I’m talking about the Main product Image, the biggest one and also other same product images. Are you talking about the same thing? Thanks.

Dear I was just focusing on the Last Viewed products section which the plugin creates . Coincidentally the main image and the plugin use the same slick-slider for image rotation which can cause the conflict . If the main image (s) are being disturbed than try disabling the slider or I am afraid you would have to look for some other slider that does not use slick-slider . Thanks Rajnish

How to disable the slider? I think you are right, this is the problem: both use the same slick slider. Thanks.

Dear dando84 On the Wordpress admin dashboard ( which you can open through https://www.lamelagioielli.it/wp-admin https://www.lamelagioielli.it/ ) , on the left click Recently viewed Products , in the settings page (which u would see on right) , UNCHECK 'Wrap the products in Slider' checkbox , Click on Save Changes button , refresh your site & see if it works. Otherwise Through the plugins tab remove the plugin. Thanks Rajnish

If I uncheck “Click to add slider” under “wrap prodotto in a slider”: unfortunately what I see is the problem is not solved and also recently view product are shown vertically... so answering to you: it doesn’t work correctly.

Dear If Deactivating the plugin corrects the problem with the main image , then the plugin conflicts with the main image If not, there may be other problems Rajnish

After your update the situation is much better: there are no more wrong arrows inside the main product image; also small product images are close to each other and not separated. But there is still two little mistakes: there are no small arrows outside the image (I can’t see them, but there are) and also when there are 3 or more small Product images under the big one, the first one is cutten, there is only half image: this thing only happen the first time I log into the site, then they are ok. Dear dando84 I have seen your website. You are correct that in the main image , there are arrows but invisible. As thought earlier both the slick-sliders are conflicting. I have come to the conclusion that the plugin needs to use the slick of the theme so I will integrate the plugin with the slick-css and slick-js of the theme. that would not be a general version of plugin but a customized one. So I will load it on Dropbox and you will have to download it from there , in a few days Thanks Rajnish

Hi! See also this please: lamelagioielli.it/prodotto/bracciale-kidult-best-teacher-731747/ The left value (transform: translate3d(....)) goes negative that’s why you can see only half image (refers to small product images under the main one). Can you resolve this? Thanks.

Dear dando84 The theme name can be easily found out using styles.css file.Also there are many websites such as wpthemedetector.com who can do the job for you. Now the problem is that its a premium theme and I don't have it so there is no sure way to test it. I have changed the plugin and t's dropbox link is attached(because gmail doesn't allow javascript files). The cutting/not showing of small images may be a theme issue so lets test this one & see . Also please note that when I opened the link you sent , my virus scanner detects some threat (img attached).

No Sir ,you can't update this plugin. Congrats ,Now i see the site working properly and the anti-virus is not complaining. Just an advice you should also install a security plugin such as WordFence or Sucuri (free versions are enough)

Also please update the problem as resolved on the wordpress repository & rate it , give stars as you feel like

As per your advice I would try to give options to the user to choose what they want to display in some future update.
