Add codacy checker for PR #15

@RajuKoushik is only members have the right to import the project in the codacy or can i do it. Because when i had done it, it still not shows the checker enabled while sending the PR

There is an issue with the post commit hook

Sir the codacy-bot is not running on every commit. It has to do by the owner of the Repo. That every time when there is a commit there should be reanalysis of the whole code.
