ChopChop x3 IPv6 #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Chop Chop Attack succesfull
2. Arp Forged correctly
3. When format of IP is IPv6, chopchop x 3 is only chopChop x 1, but program 
shows like chopChop x 3 (injection rate multiplied x 3).

It will be fix.
