quick access locations are not being saved #115

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I am running XP (sp3) and hawkscope
2. My settings are saved except:
3. the quick access locations I have put in are lost on restart

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
my settings are there except for the 'quick access' locations I put in

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
-most recent hawkscope (as of July 1)
-xp (sp3)
