hawkscope 6.2 on windows xp sp3

hawkscope disappears from the system tray if you have not used it in awhile.

when you right click on the task bar and choose properties, then customize
it opens the windows Customize Notifications window.

normally you would scroll down until you see hawkscope then choose Show
Always. However, There is an issue it shows the hawkscope icon but for name
it just shows <no title>.
I choose show always but the problem re-occurs (perhaps after reboot or
logout but not sure)

I suspect if the name was showing up this issue would not be occuring
