Quick Access directory with accented letters #130

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Create a quick access on a directory with accented letter
2.Close Hawkscope
3.Open Hawkscope again, the quick access diseapeared

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
If you use the no-installer version, there is an error message with crazy 
letter instead of the accented letter

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
last version 0.6.2

Please provide any additional information below.
I use winxp pro 32bit sp3 on french computer.
