Is the mod server sided or server and client sided.

Describe the bug

The mod is preventing my client to my server without the mod which is fine but Modrinth listing says its a "server" mod not a "server and client" mod so im confused if this is a bug or the listing is wrong?

Also it states "NOTE: On servers this mod can be server-side only, client isn't required (except if you use the change speed feature and/or enchants configurations)." and I have mine on 0.0 and the enchantments on false.
