The emulators I'm looking for are all C or C++

Atari 7800 MAME - More Input devices, it doesn't support Rikki & Vikki A7800 - MAME fork ProSystem - Inactive, it doesn't support Rikki & Vikki. its fork by tachimarten support this game BupSystem - It supports Rikki & Vikki originally. More Input devices closed source

Atari Jaguar BigPEmu - Best Jaguar emulator, supports all games and input devices. CD games are supported. Got the help from Atari and Digital Eclipse, that's why it's closed source Virtual Jaguar - inactive, bad compatibility than BigPEmu

Virtual Boy Mednafen - its original emulator, best choice to play VB games The number of unofficial homebrew games is several times that of licensed games, with a huge fan base

Sega Saturn Mednafen - its original emulator, best choice to play Saturn games. it may supports more ST-V arcade games in the future. No RIR (Resizable Internal Resolution). 64-bit only ~~Kronos / Yaba Sanshiro 2 - dead Yabause forks. Worse than Mednafen SSF - closed source and bad GUI for Android~~

PC-FX Mednafen - Best emulator for this system. It doesn't support PC-FXGA currently
