Add Pocket Camera Support to GBC.emu in Version 1.5.75. #1464

Describe the feature

When I go to open a Gameboy Camera or Pocket Camera file, GBC.emu does not support this file type, so I wanted you to add Pocket Camera Support in GBC.emu. Here is a screenshot of when I will open Pocket Camera:
