MD.emu can run some of the ROMs in MasterSystem compatibility mode, but it will often result in a palette issue.

while MasterSystem ports work

and others, like Outrun, Pinball Dreams do not even start.

SG-1000 and GG display modes

@Rakashazi display modes might not be enough, as issues exist with some roms and the buttons (start button).
