Describe the feature

I hope to add a real-time FPS (Frames Per Second) display feature. Many gamers desire a real-time FPS display feature to monitor their game performance on the fly.

There's an option that records various frame time stats in debug builds meant for testing, but I'm planning to add a simpler frame time display for release builds in a future update.
