Caesar Cipher is an encoding and decoding technique. It is a type of substitution in which each letter in the plain text is shifted a certain number of places down the alphabet to encode or to decode it.

@ahana-mukherjee What is a significant challenge that you believe women in the tech industry face and how do you see yourself as being part of the solution(s) to this challenge? Keep in mind that impact can happen in many ways and at different scales.

A very significant challenge that women in tech face is the lack of gender equality balance and also not being taken seriously. I want to break the gender norms and bring a parity in the tech field.
