I would like to see a health tracker feature integrated into the prompt apps. This feature would:

Allow users to monitor their health metrics like heart rate, steps, and sleep patterns.
Provide personalized health insights and recommendations based on the tracked data.
Offer reminders for medication and appointments.

Please assign me under GSSoC'24 ext and hacktoberfest labels.
