[feature request] an optional flag to pull down the rakudo-star bundle of modules #75

It would be a fantastic if Rakubrew had an optional --star-bundle flag for the download and build commands that could automatically pull down the Rakudo Star bundle of modules at install time. Here is the list of Star modules for Raku.
