Fixes issue with using the wrong libraries with bin/zef
Extracts sources from zef config, which also enables Blin to source distributions from the new zef/fez ecosystem

When I run Blin with this patch, every module testing dies with rather mysterious "Error while reading from file: Malformed UTF-8 near bytes 00 00 a8\n" in the output.

Merging this, as it's the state of Blin I used for releases so far minus building my own docker image.
