Documentable is not using the right template #142

Describe the bug

As shown here, it's definitely not using the templates in the same directory, but some, possible default, templates.

To Reproduce

Use documentable on the documentation right now.

Can you please check if there are still issues after https://github.com/Raku/Pod-To-HTML/pull/87 is merged? The HTML generated for me on 0.7.1 and 0.8 with the PR merged has no difference at all.
