[legal] Please remove title.svg

It's been a few years, so please correct me if i am wrong, but i don't remember giving permission to publish and relicense the vector version of the Perl 6 butterfly (book/src/images/title.svg) in this repo. I've seen it being reused without attribution for commercial purposes, and i'm not happy with that.

@kraih I assume that you are the creator of that image? If I delete it, you still have a copy, yes? :)

The PDF appears to be the same image, btw.

@WildYorkies Yes, i am, and i do. @coke I did give permission to use the pixel version (book/src/images/cover.jpg), if that's the one included in the PDF that would be fine.

Thanks, just checked book/src/images/title.pdf and it also contains the butterfly in vector format, please remove that as well.

Btw. I'm not opposed to releasing the vector images with a permissive license (if there is interest), but i'd want to do it on my own terms, like i did with the raptor. https://github.com/kraih/perl-raptor

Removing it would most likely break the build of the book.

@moritz Do you think we can delete this file? The most important part of this book repo is the text anyway.
