RAKUDO_OPT does not appear to be searchable #362

Looks like most of the variables on https://docs.raku.org/programs/03-environment-variables are not searchable.

This is due to how @finanalyst has setup the defaults for search on the website. If you go into search setttings and enable "Search through all indexed items", RAKUDO_OPT does show up in the results.

I suggest this is a good reason to enable that as a default setting. Moving ticket to doc-website.
