Firs one taken care of in #3672
The rakuw.exe
executable has some documentation in https://github.com/rakudo/rakudo/blob/master/docs/running.pod. I'm not sure where one would add such documentation in the Raku docs, as it's a Rakudo specific thing.
Probably in the Programs
area. No need to duplicate documentation, just add a link.
https://docs.raku.org/language/create-cli : Did the bundling update break something in how the page is made? It looks like there's not header and footer sections.

Oops
Documentable fails from time to time, and I'm not really sure why. Might be a problem with the "squatting" Pod::To::HTML module, but it might be something else. I'm regenerating these pages anyway.
I fixed it with a "working" documentable version I keep in a laptop, just in case. But the whole thing is broken now, and we need to fix it.
I will fix it ASAP, but I need exact steps for reproducing the issue, "it is broken" is not descriptive enough.
It really is not. sorry. I've fixed the issue to make it a bit more descriptive, and I'm trying to reproduce the results.
I just marked the rakuw.exe
bit as done as documentation has been added with https://github.com/Raku/doc/commit/5e90de278ade117446d6376e0c979034a436e2be.
Here's the new and changed stuff for this new release.
