zef should be in docs

We should have a page on installing modules that highlights zef - the tool is mentioned in passing on a few pages, but it's an integral part of working with raku, even if it's not, strictly speaking, core.

on the SF Study group call today, it was noted that adding a glossary entry for 'zef' would be an easy lift that would address most of the issue
