I was rather hoping that the name might indicate that you need both X11 and libxdo installed for this to work. I have fairly detailed instructions in the README about installing libxdo. I kind-of assumed that you wouldn't be trying to install an X11 automation tool where you don't have X11 though. I don't think that Google compute engines have X11 on them, so this is going to fail every time.
Is there something I can add to signal "don't bother if you don't have X11"?
