The sources for the various PDFs and JPEGs etc, have '*.indd` source files which are Adobe InDesign®.

@dwarring Is there any possibility of asking you to help create a pdf of the Raku documentation suite? In the Raku/doc-website repository, there is a 'Website' directory which renders the suite into HTML using Collection and Raku::Pod::Render. It is a goal of mine to create another directory Epub which would produce an ebook. But it would great to have a pdf version. If you would have the time/ inclination to help, let me know.
