Given this nqp code​:

=begin comment   some code   ...   =begin comment   some more code   ...   =end comment   some more code   ..l =end comment

Trying to execute it fails with a msg saying roughly “found a begin comment before an end comment.”

@tbrowder is this in the spec? Or just a wishlist?
