Please see a discussion of "more than one 'zef'"   at \https://github.com/perl6/doc/issues/1789 . Bottom line is that the link to 'zef' on your Rakudo Download page should be changed to \https://github.com/ugexe/zef or \https://modules.perl6.org/dist/zef:github

Fixed on https://perl6.org/downloads/ (site will update in ~30m)   on footer of https://perl6.org/ (site will update in ~30m)   and on http://rakudo.org/how-to-get-rakudo/
