Push access to repositories in perl6 organization #33

Just noticed that repos in the perl6 organization default to just read access (I think that's new). I'm not sure if it's supposed to be this way or not. I guess it's alright that some of the important repos cannot be changed by anyone in the perl6 organization, but it makes contributions harder.

I start with myself and as I've got added to the team "perl6" on the org "perl6" and I got the right to the following repos: https://github.com/orgs/perl6/teams/perl6/repositories Looks like I got write to most of them. So I expect that someone changed the rights on repo level of the repo "Blin".

But that's not the default. Most of the repos in that list have this:

So it is configured for each repo manually, which I'd assume is relatively inconsistent.
