Add a description and link to the source of all bots available in #perl6.

In perl6/doc#711 @zoffixznet mentioned that it would be nice to also include contact information on who's running the bot in #perl6, which to me seems like a good idea. If there are no objections, I will add those as well once I have sane descriptions of all available bots.

If you have a nice description of your own bot, feel free to post it on this PR so I can include it immediately.

This PR intends to fix #80.
