Roast reserved MONKEY- pragmas #186

For reserved pragmas, add a doesn't die type of test, so they could be documented.

So these pragmas are not yet tested, right?

I see usage of MONKEY-SEE-NO-EVAL and MONKEY-TYPING in roast. Not sure about the status of other MONKEYs.
