.raku extension not detected in vim and neovim #1

Migrating https://github.com/vim-perl/vim-perl6/issues/24 to here by @lpvm.

Description of issue

.raku files in either vim or nvim don't get recognized as raku files.

This should now be fixed in the master branch of vim-raku. I am working with Bram to replace vim-perl6 with vim-raku in a future vim release. Until then, you will need to install this plugin yourself.
