MiKo_1063 can now fix abbreviations in names

MiKo_1063 no longer reports cref and href as abbreviations for reference
MiKo_1063 now detects var as abbreviation for variable
Introduced MiKo_1063_CodeFixProvider to provide code fixes for abbreviation issues.
Implemented AbbreviationDetector class to centralize abbreviation handling logic and moved logic from MiKo_1063 into new class.
Added comprehensive tests for AbbreviationDetector to ensure correct abbreviation replacements.
Enhanced documentation to reflect the availability of code fixes for MiKo_1063.
Updated project files to include new classes and resources.
