Right after writing it I decided to do the same thing but over the command line. And...it worked :D So, if anyone else is having the same issue - try to avoid using Finder in macOS, just do it via command line

I wasn't sure if this should be considered a bug or I'm doing something wrong, but... I've been upgrading my TS80P for very long time, and never had this issue before. However, this time I was going to upgrade from 2.19 to 2.21 and I did everything according to instructions here, just as always. When I first try - i get .ERR file, so I retry again. After next time - I get .RDY file, and happy booting my device...just to see it still says v2.19
I did it for many times now, trying also v2.20 - but no luck. It seems to be stuck in 2.19 no matter what I do, even though it tells the result is successful
Can someone help me please?
