Move to maplibre 11.0.0 which removes all mapbox references #50

Change all imports and rename all places where Mapbox is used to MapLibre.

This is 'speculative' in that I obviously haven't discussed it with anyone, but I assume that it'll have to happen at some point, and I made the changes locally, so here you are!
