[fix](config); Solved Mystery of Missing README? #85

I may have solved why https://RalphHightower.github.io/blog/ gets HTTP404.
_config has: jekyll-readme-index
But Gemfile d idn't have:gem "jekyll-readme-index", "~> 0.3.0"
