Menus not accessible from full screen mode #11

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go into full screen mode
2. Type Alt-R to open the "Run" mode
3. Nothing happens...

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When in fullscreen mode, I think it is fine to hide the menus, which means
there is no way to use the mouse to access them - IMHO, that's fine.
But it would be great to be able to open the menus using the keyboard
shortcuts - Alt-R for the Run menu, etc.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows XP and Eclipse 3.4.?

Please note that this is a minor issue, I think this is a cool plugin! :-)

Naturally you can exit the full screen mode (e.g. by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Z) and
you'll
have the menus (and toolbars) back.

But I think this is a usability issue, indeed. My guess is that the average
user of
this plugin tends to use the keyboard more (since she`s giving up an all time
visible
toolbar). So, such user might be unhappy to have to add 2 more key strokes to
shes's
every access to the menus (one Ctrl+Alt+Z before, to exit FS, and one after, to
return to FS).

Indeed, I love this plugin because it allows me to reclaim valuable screen real
estate from the menu+toolbars that I use very little anyway.

But sometimes, if I need access to the menu, it would be helpful to be able to
use
the keyboard bindings to invoke them - Alt-F for the "File" menu, etc.

Otherwise, maybe add configuration options to decide exactly what to hide?

This is all beginning to sound like a lot of work, I'm actually pretty happy
with the
plugin as it is.

So this would be a nice-to-have feature for me.

Thanks!
Morten
