adjust code which ensures canonicalisation of standard vocabulary values (e.g. to httsp://ref.gs1.org/cbv/BizStep-shipping)
update examples
update illustrations (fields + hash values)
update readme file

All tasks as indicated on top have been addressed from my POV. Issue #71 will be dealt with separately.
