The Noise still uses peppino's voice when transforming etc #11

i noticed this happened too so i had to manually add the "isnoise" parameter and put in the sfx

For reference, specifically the events "voice/myea" and "voice/transfo" are missing their isnoise counterparts. For my project i just used generic noise voice clips but hopefully this can be looked at soon to be more accurate

voice/transfo has the isnoise, myeah doesnt have it yet tho
