Description of feature/enhancement

create a "Team" module to search and present Team data

Description of implementation

the model init function should mirror the Player model.
the API usage should allow searching for a team by name.
the Team class should have a get_team_stats class method mirror the get_player_stats in the Player model
teams may be defined as a static list. The full list of teams can be found here.

Additional context

it will be good to consider how this team model will interact with / be referenced by the Player model and vica-versa.
