Can't plant trees in growing zones on other levels #50

I can plant them on the main map just fine. They don't show up as an option on the other levels.

I think it's underground and upper biome restrictions in their defs

I would argue that IRL there are trees on mountains and there are trees in caves with collapsed roofs. Does that count? 😁
